1Select Mandiri VA as your payment option and click Pay Now.

2Follow the payment instructions given to make the payment, then upload the payment receipt.

3There are 3 ways you can make the payment:

First way: ATM

1. Select 'Pay/Buy'

2. Select 'Multipayment'

3. Enter the Bank Mandiri (89022) company code, press Correct

4. Enter the virtual account number then press Correct

5. Select Number 1 on the menu or pay according to the bill then press YES

Second way: ONLINE BANKING

1. Enter User ID & Password

2. Select 'Payment menu'

3. Select 'Multipayment'

4. In the Service Provider Column, select DOKU

5. Enter the virtual account number

6. Select Continue

Web :

a. OTP will be sent to your mobile phone.

b. Enter the OTP into the token to receive your Challenge Code

c. Enter the Challenge Code to Mandiri Online, and press Continue

Apps :

a. After the transaction confirmation appears, select Send

b. Enter your MPIN (6 digit)

Third way: TELLER MANDIRI

1. Select the Deposit/Transfer/Clearing/Collection form

2. Mark the column:

a. "Deposit" to your own account (if in cash)

b. "Transfer" (if from an account)

3. Check the column "Resident" if Indonesian citizen

4. Fill in the sender's name

5. Fill in the name of the recipient of PT. Nusa Satu Inti Artha (89022)

6. Fill in the name of the Bank with Bank Mandiri

7. In the account column, fill in the virtual account number

8. Check on the source of funds column (cash/debit account)

9. Fill in the payment amount

4You will then receive the order number.
